Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) is a scheme available to ex-MOD armed services employees. Our Level 4 ILM school business manager programme is currently eligible for the scheme. The MOD’s Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) promotes lifelong learning amongst members of the Armed Forces. Visit the main ELCAS website for further information.
